THE NAME

Eliora — “the Lord is my light.”

Maison Eliora was named for that meaning on purpose. We design essentials — not statement pieces chasing a trend cycle, but considered, long-wearing garments meant to sit quietly at the centre of a wardrobe. Everything we make is built slower than fashion usually allows: fewer styles, heavier fabrications, more attention to how a piece feels a year in, not a week in.

We're a small, independent house launching from the UK, and this waitlist is the very first thing we're building — a way to bring a small group of people in before anyone else, and to shape the first collection with them rather than just for them.

It's embroidered by hand across the back of our first essential — not as a slogan, but as a quiet reminder we wanted to carry with us into the wardrobe of everyone who wears it.
